2. I/O Configuration: Configure digital input and output signals, such as fixture opening and closing, and in-place detection, which need to correspond with PLC addresses.

3. Program debugging: First, run the program manually at low speed in single step mode. After verifying that the logic is correct, switch to automatic mode. ‌‌‌

How to coordinate with the die-casting machine

1. Signal interaction: Debug the signals for mold closing, mold opening, and part picking to ensure a delay of ≤0.5s and no signal loss.

2. Part picking logic: Set the part picking point and vacuum suction cup/clamping device action, and execute the complete inspection process after verifying that the part picking is normal.

3. Trial operation: Run without load for 1-2 hours, and run with load for 8 hours, monitoring temperature and defect rate.
